Job Summary
• Identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
• Proactively identify, develop, and engage new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales calls weekly for existing and prospective clients with timely input of sales report.
• Drive opportunities turned into prospects to be highlighted for close monitoring and for customer base expansion.
• Monitor and improve client performance with periodic review with Marketing Manager. Identify cost saving measures (within/external) that will generate more revenue for the company with targeted actions.
Manage sales quotation and agreement and service request from clients (accuracy, filing time, timely feedback etc.) Collect and analyse information on market trend/development including new measures that may impact business/shipping environment and prepare reports for management.
Qualification Required & Experience
• First degree in transport and logistics or any other business-related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years prior experience in similar role.
